Pita sa spanaćem od gotovih kora na malo drugačiji način – Spinatch Pie With Ready-Made Crusts

Sastojci: 500 gr gotovih kora, oko 300-500 gr spanaća, 3 ili 4 kormpira, 1 tikvica, 1 crni luk, 2 čena belog luka, ulje i mineralna voda
Postupak: Spanać dobro operite pod mlazom vode. Očistite krompir i stavite ga da se kratko probari ali ne i da se skuva, dovoljno je 5 minuta na šporetu na vrućoj ringli. Sitno iseckajte beli i crni luk, stavite ga da se izdinsta na malo ulja,i lagano ga posolite. Spanać stavite na 20 sekundi u ključalu vodu, izvadite ga, ocedite i iseckajte što sitnije. Ostavite izdinstani luk i sitno iseckan spanać da se prohlade. Za to vreme izrendajte tikvicu i krompir, pa sve zajedno dodajte u posudu sa lukom, uz malo bibera i soli. Zatim dodajte i spanać, promešajte da se ukusi fino sjedine pauzmite pakovanje kora i počnite sa filovanjem. Kiselu vodu i ulje pomešajte u jednakoj razmeri i premažite kore, jednu po jednu, tako da složite 4 kore u nizu. Na četvrtu koru stavljate fil. U pakovanju obično ima oko 20 kora, tako da biste trebali da dobijete 5 ovakvih štrudli. Fil rasporedite preko četvrte kore, zatim malo savijte sa strane kako fil ne bi ispadao, i smotajte u rolnu. Na kraju ovaj deo ponovo premažite mešavinom ulja i vode kako bi se fino zalepilo i prebacite u podmazan pleh. Postupak ponavljajte sve dok imate kora. Ova pita se jako lako pravi, ne ide puno sastojaka, nije zahtevna i brzo se pojede  jer je jako ukusna. Dobili smo 5 lepih štrudlica, gotove štrudlice premažite još malo sa smešom od ulja i vode i stavite da se peku u zagrejanoj rernu, oko 45 minuta na 200 stepeni.

Ingredients:
– piecrusts 500g (1 package)
– spinach 300g – 500g
– 3 potatoes
– 1 zucchini
– 1 onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– oil
– mineral water
1.Wash the spinach thoroughly
2. Peel the potatoes and put it on a hot burner for 5 minutes, it shouldn’t boil.
3. Chop the garlic and onion, put to fry in a little oil, and lightly season with salt.
4. Put the spinach for 20 seconds in boiling water, take it out, fry it and cut out as nicely as possible.
5. Leave the onion and spinach to cool down.
6. Rend a zucchini and potatoes, and add it all together in a bowl with onions,
with a little pepper and salt.
7. Add spinach, stir and take package of piecrust and start with filing.
8. Mix oil and mineral water 1:1 and coat the piecrusts so arrange four. On the fourth
piecrust you put filling.
9. Bend the piecrusts off the side so the fil did not fall out, and roll it in the roll.
10. Recoat this part with mixed oil and mineral water, in order to fine-sticking, 
and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
11. Repeat the procedure as long as you have crusts. This pie is very easy to prepare, 
there are not many ingredients and it’s quick to eat because it’s very tasty.
12. There are usually about 20 crusts in the package, so you should get 5 of these rolls.
13. We got 5 beautiful rolls. Finish the done rolls with a little more mixture of oil 
and water and place it in a heated oven, about 45 minutes at 390F.
