Sočni pileći ražnjići pripremljeni u tiganju
– Chicken Kebabs
Sastojci koji su vam potrebni: 1 kg pilećeg mesa (najlepše je da upotrebite meso od batkova i karabatkova, ali i kombinaciju sa belim mesom), 2-3 velike kašike pavlake, 2-3 velike kašike senfa, 1 kašika vegete, 1 kašika slatke crvene paprike, malo bibera, mali ljute tucane paprike, vrlo malo soli. Možete dodati i neki začin po svom izboru.

Postupak: Meso iseckajte na kockice i dodajte mu sve sastojke pa ga dobro promešajte, pokrijte providnom folijom i ostavite ga u frižider na sat vremena da upije sve ukuse. Posle sat vremena izvadite ga i nanižite na štapiće. Ostavite malo prostora između kockica mesa, kako bi se meso lepo ispeklo. Pecite ga na zagrejanom ulju oko 15 minuta, dok lepo ne porumeni. Poslužite ga uz neki prilog i salatu.
Ingredients:
– Chicken Meat 1 kg
– Sour Cream 2-3 tablespoons
– Mustard 2-3 tablespoons
– Mixed Seasoning 1 teaspoon
– Sweet Paprika 1 teaspoon
– Ground Chilli pepper 1 teaspoon

Procedure: Cut meat into dice and add all the ingredients to it and mix it well, cover with transparent foil and leave it in the fridge for an hour to absorb all tastes. After an hour, remove it and pinch it to the sticks. Leave a little space between the meat pieces so that the meat is well baked. Bake it on heated oil for about 15 minutes until it is well-browned.Serve with some vegetable and salad.
