Homemade Meatloaf Recipe

Sastojci: 500 g mešanog mlevenog mesa (svinjsko i juneće), 2 ili 3 crna luka, 3 šargarepe, 2 korena peršuna, zelen lišće, 1 velika kašika crvene paprike, 3 čena belog luka, 3 parčeta suvog hleba natopljenog u malo vode, 1 kašika suvog začina, 1 ravna, velika kašika soli, 1 jaje, 50 gr prezli
Uzmite oko pola kilograma mešanog mlevenog mesa i stavite ga u veću činiju. Dodajte dva crna luka, tri šargarepe, dva korena peršuna koje ste prethodno samleli u secku ili sitno iseckali, zelen lišće, crvenu papriku i beli luk. Dodajte hleb koji ste prethodno natopili u vodi ili u mleku, pa dobro izgnječili, a zatim i jednu kašiku suvog začina. Sve to dobro izmešajte rukom da se sjedini i da se ukusi izmešaju. Dodajte jednu ravnu kašiku soli, a zatim i jedno jaje pa sve lepo rukom sjedinite. Na kraju dodajte prezle i mesite dok smeša ne postane fino glatka i ujednačena. . Pleh namažite uljem i oblikujte meso u rolat. Oko rolata poređajte krompir, stavite komadiće maslaca preko krompira i rolata ili ih jednostavno namažite malo uljem ili mašću, pa sve zajedno prekrijte aluminijumskom folijom i stavite u zagrejanu rernu da se peče oko 40 minuta na 200 stepeni. Kada je rolat pečen, isecite ga i poslužite.
Ovaj rolat je tako ukusan da se može poslužiti i topao i hladan, uz prilog od krompira i neku salatu. 
Ingrediants:
– 500gr mixed minced meat (pork and beef)
– 2-3 onions
– 3 carrots
– 2 parsley root
– parsley leaves
– 1 tablespoon of red pepper
– 3 cloves garlic
– 3 pieces of dry bread soaked in a little water
– 1 tablespoon of dry spices
– 1 tablespoon salt
– 1 egg
– 50 gr breadcrumbs
1. Put 500 g of mixed minced meat in a bowl
2. Add two onions, three carrots and two parsley root, finely chopped, green leaves, red pepper and garlic
3. Add the bread previously well mashed and one tablespoon of dry seasoning
4. Mix all ingredients by hand to be united and to flavors mixed
5. Add one tablespoon salt
6. Add one egg and mix until combine
7. Finally, add bread crumbs and bake until the mixture becomes fine smooth and uniform.
8. Grease a pan and shape the meat into a roll
9. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven to bake for about 40 minutes at 392 F
10. Meat loaf is delicious, served hot or cold, with a side dish of potatoes and a salad
